Today when I had to lean over to scrub hard water stains from the toilet (a long and tedious job), my back did not hurt when before I would barely start when pain began. Proof that it is working: I simply feel better. But I now I have been faithfully walking nearly every morning…did my first 3-mile walk yesterday. Other than that, I look forward to progressing as well as I can and walking away! it’s been working! I had a knee injury which kept me from starting for nearly 5 months. I clicked on the first 1-mile walk and it was hard to keep up. However, it has been decades and I want to start with beginner walks.I know there is a very first beginner walk.but can’t see it here.
